Profile

Mark Pokorski has 22 years experience with EDS/HP in various Project and

Release Management roles. Mark's experience includes managing medium to

large projects in both application (software) and infrastructure (hardware)

environments.

As a successful Project Manager, Mark has delivered projects on time and

within budget. An example of the Mark's initiative and drive is the HP

Software License Management system development project. He led a large

project team that included developers, process experts, training

of the system that saved HP (EDS) over a $1,000,000 in contract penalties.

When he was made the PM for AVIA 2.0, the project was behind schedule and

over budget. Mark was able to overcome all of the issues with the project

and deliver a successful enhancement of AVIA within a timely manner.

quarterly Oracle patching on servers to resolve potential security risks.

Mr. Pokorski also led the deployment of HP Operations Manager on 4,500
