I was in charge of the Surveying and Computing Department for MDA. My expertise includes boundary surveys, topographic

surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, as builts and construction layout, many miles of public and private roadway layout, GPS

location and survey techniques. Through my civil engineering training and practical experience, I have been key in the

conceptual design for most of our projects including roadways, storm water design and as builts, gravity flow sanitary

sewer research and feasibility (onsite and offsite) and layout for many projects in the Metro Atlanta area for schools,

parks, recreation areas, residential and commercial sites.

I was also responsible for Quality Assurance review on "in field" elements of MDA design/engineering and landscape

architectural plans. I am proficient in property research and developing accurate coordinate data, as well as AutoCadd

generation of computed field data. I schedule and coordinate three field crews and two office personnel. I also write and

submit proposals for most survey projects.
