Position: General Contractor Commercial Construction Superintendent

Objective: Attain a Superintendent position with a well respected

general contractor located in the Rocky Mountain Region that is

focused on commercial construction.

Background: 20 years of experience in construction, including

Superintendent positions for multiple $10 - $40 million

buildings. Have managed commercial construction projects across

industries, including hospitals, assisted living/nursing homes,

fitness centers, hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings, and

retail stores. Strong track record of delivering projects under

budget and ahead of schedule. Excellent communication skills

(bilingual English and Spanish), strong references, and excited for the

next challenge.

Superintendent II - Hospital Wellness Center 30,000 sq. ft., 3 stories.

Value: $38M.

Superintendent II - Hospital building 45,000 sq. ft., 2 stories. Imaging

room, offices, and exam rooms. Value: $32M.

Superintendent II - Hospital building 26,000 sq. ft., 1 story. Emergency &

exam rooms, 140 patient rooms. Value: $12M (7 months).

Superintendent I - Hospital addition 32,000 sq. ft., 3 story with executive

medical offices, treatment facilities, patient exam rooms, specialized

medical systems, CMU, steel structure with brick exterior. Value:$28M, an

18 month project. Assigned to this project the last 6 months.

1/2003 - 11/2006 Superintendent Four Seasons Construction

Start-up company and have run every aspect of it, from the bidding of

projects, to the completion and billing. Projects included: strip malls,

fitness centers, office buildings, and airport gates. I have done all

ordering for materials, budgeting, hiring of subcontractors, and all

contact with project contractors. Managed employees and subcontractors on

multiple projects.

Responsible for: employee and subcontractor supervision, budget, layout,

and ordering materials for projects. Experience with hotels, apartment

complexes, assisted living/nursing homes, hospitals and commercial stores.

Overseeing quality control of the project and meeting OSHA requirements.
