Coordination and business development activities with the project control

group.

Project planning and management starting from kickoff meetings, site

survey, coordination, liaison with suppliers, consultants and

contractors.

Hardware requirement evaluation and procurement, manpower estimation and

control, project scheduling and control, drawings and documentation

evaluation and approval.

Preparation of IO list from P&ID's, cause & effect diagrams and complete

plant database.

Preparation of Hardware design manual (HDM) which includes the loop

drawings, power supply distribution drawings, wiring drawings, cable

scheduling, block logic drawings, design of control panels, control room

layout, cabinet layout drawings for the system and marshalling cabinets,

hardware configuration and the wiring database for the DCS & PLC,

hardware wiring database of annunciators, alarm panel, hardwired console

etc, interpanel wiring.

Preparation of software design manual (SDM) which includes the software

requirements of the project, architecture, the software used, its

version, the software license, graphics templates, colour codes to be

used for operations, logic symbols and legends, any third party

interfaces, server configuration details.

Preparation of IO assignment as per the cabinet layout requirements

Design, implementation, testing and commissioning of Distributed Control

Systems and PLCs.

Maintenance of Distributed Control Systems and PLCs.

Exposure to various industrial standards of IEC-61508, IS, ISA and SIL

concepts and HAZOP analysis.

Executed Sequence of events recording for DCS & the Safety PLC.

Complete logic implementation of the Emergency Shutdown system and the

Fire and Gas safety system.

Executed peer- to-peer communication between Safety PLC's successfully

including the networking and data transfer.

Complete loop checking from the field to the system.
