transfers (ADT), microbiology test results and pharmacy drug orders

via HL7 and flat files into the application environment. Completed

the project at 12% under the operating budget.

. Originated a run book outlining the details, processes, checklists,

and support documentation governing the operational system. Optimized

the operational system through ongoing evaluations.

. maryland departartment of transportation (Mtrack project):

. Cut bi-weekly payroll processing from 720 to 80 hours after installing

the mTrack automated time entry system within the 7 agencies of the

Maryland Department of Transportation within the 14-month deadline.

users by duplicating the paper time card within system user interface,

thereby decreasing system acceptance time and training time

throughout installed user base.

working around 4 accounting systems and charge code methods.

. Plummeted the number of payroll modifications (edits) from 1200 to

<20 per pay period.

. System passed internal audits by the State Audit by Department of

Budget and Management as well as a Legislative Audit by the State of

Maryland.

. Massachusetts Connector Authority (Commonwealth Connector Premium

. Directed the installation of a monthly billing solution powered by

Vecna's GoalMind ERP platform in fulfillment of the Massachusetts

automated interfaces to state health records systems, print
