SUMMARY

I have been a construction manager for more than 20 years in the

residential building/construction industry. I have been responsible for

the construction of tract and custom homes (1400 - 7000 sq. ft.), and

managed the initiation and completion of residential communities. I have

supervised many employees, and managed projects that have produced over 300

completions per year, with the majority completed prior to the projected

dates on/under budget. I have excellent leadership and communication

skills as well as a high standard of honesty and integrity. My experience,

4/89 - 9/01 PERRY HOMES - Construction Project Manager

Responsible for entire projects with 10-50 homes under construction. Hired

trades, suppliers, vendors and set up contracts, and handled weekly payroll

for the hourly employees, sub-contractors, and vendors. Set up and

maintained construction files, customer relations, homeowner introductions

and correspondence with sales managers.

Filed for city permitting, and corresponded with architectural control

committees. Involved with the new subdivision startups, quality control and

construction scheduling, and inspection of foundation, framing, and all

phases of construction.

Started as the Assistant Project Manager, promoted to 1st Assistant, and

then to Project Manager.
