Various sites located throughout the US, Project manager for multi-

disciplined safety and environmental management programs. Managed the

design and implementation of following environmental programs at industrial

TSD Audit, Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Jacksonville, Florida

Project Engineer for an on-site compliance survey to verify compliance with

used oil and hazardous waste generation standards at a TSD facility.

Bacardi Bottling Corporation, Jacksonville, Florida

Audited OSHA mandated safety programs at a blending and bottling facility.

Safety programs audited included recordkeeping, walking and working

surfaces, means of egress, emergency action plans, fire prevention plans,

occupational noise exposure, personal protective equipment, respiratory

protection, confined space entry, lockout/tagout, alarm systems, materials

handling and storage, hot work permitting, electrical safety, hazard

communication, and the general duty clause. Compiled audit findings in a

report and developed a corrective action plan.

Eaton Corporation, Brooksville, Florida

Conducted the safety portion of a safety and environmental audit at an

electronics assembly plant. Programs and areas audited included general

health and safety, emergency response, lockout/tagout, electrical safety,

material handling including powered industrial truck training, fire safety,

industrial hygiene practices, hazard communication, EH&S training program,

and EH&S recordkeeping. Compiled audit findings in a report and developed

Canadian Coast Guard

24/7 for two weeks at a time to respond to all emergency type incidents on
