Directing finance, I have led startups,
turnarounds and mature companies to sustainable
growth and stability during expanding and
contracting economic cycles. Working for small
companies and world leaders such as Eastman
Kodak, I created solid financial footing,
controlled costs, increased cash flow, improved
profits and ensured compliance. As a turnaround
artist, I have repeatedly produced successful
game-changers. I can contribute by:
* Designing and implementing innovative finance
strategies
* Strengthening controls and tightly containing
costs
* Providing a sure hand to manage through
uncertainty
* Maximizing ROI while carefully managing risk
* Building strong, trusted investor relations
While I am known for devising successful,
innovative finance strategies, I am proudest of
my reputation for unshakeable integrity. I hold
an MA degree in Political Science from West
Virginia University and a BA in Political
Science with a minor in Economics from the
University of Charleston. I won the Deal of the
Year award from Institutional Investor and
International Finance Review for debt
restructuring at Kodak.
