As a key member of the team responsible for structuring a
wide range of financing solutions for corporate clients of
the bank, my activities include:
Leading the process to obtain credit ratings for companies
by managing credit, financial, due diligence, legal and
modelling work-streams
Presentation of finance structures and credit to investors
and rating agencies
Full responsibility for production of marketing material
for client presentations
Credit analysis through discussion with company and
research to assess feasibility of different financing
methods across a variety of sectors including TMT,
infrastructure and transport
Management of internal credit approval processes involving
production and presentation of proposed financing
structures and credits
Review and negotiation of term sheets and legal finance
documents
Recruitment of graduates and interns through role as
interviewer and assessor at candidate assessment centres

Sole arranger on Angel Trains' new 4 billion Bond
Programme and joint bookrunner on the initial 800 million
bond issuance
Joint bookrunner on 520 million bond issuance for
Porterbrook, a UK train company seeking to refinance bank
acquisition facilities
Joint Lead Manager and bookrunner on Airspeed Limited, a
US$1.091 billion aircraft leasing portfolio
Debt ratings advisor to a UK telecom tower company bidding
for National Grid Wireless
Debt ratings advisor for one of the UK's largest port
operators as part of its disposal from Babcock & Brown
Infrastructure
Establishment of Unifund, a capital markets vehicle
allowing UK universities to issue bonds to pension fund
and insurance investors
