Key functions

Direct and coordinate, through subordinate managers, all

operational activities in an Electronic Manufacturing Services

(EMS) assembly, integration and metal fabrication manufacturing

establishment, including full P&L responsibility for the

Facility's EBITDA.

Reports to the President/COO; responsible for the overall

management of the organization with regard to policies,

practices, and attainment of operating goals, including quality,

costs, productivity, and on-time delivery; manages the operating

activities of a variety of functional departments.

Major accomplishments

Turnaround the financial and operational performance

Double sales in 10 months (from 35M run rate annum ratio to

+75M)

Every single metric in the three measured areas (Customer

Satisfaction. Profit & Risk Management) turned to a positive

trend (among some others, sales by employee went from 7K to 18K,

gross profit margin from -5.5% to +10.5%, EBITDA from -7.5% to

4.5%, Inventory Turns from 2.9 to 7.1, OTD to Promise from 62%

to 97%, OTD to Request from 45% to 89%,Turnover from 5% per

month to 1.5%, labor efficiency from 49% to 79%, equipment

downtime rate from 5% to 0.5%, scrap rate from 1.75% to 0.55%)

Implemented the culture of Lean Six Sigma as a way of doing

business; drive cost down (eliminating any type of waste in the
