Long time ago I used svn, but I totally forgot it.
Personal qualities:
Good time management
in almost all of my projects, I used to set deadlines and was able to stick
to them.
Good writing and verbal skills
see my blog and my podcast.
Experience:
My own projects (that's Rails):
dddone.com, resubj.com, teachmate.org, quotty.com, sharkit.ru
I've worked for:
insales.ru, wapstart.ru and marvelous.ru (my current workplace).
I'd like to work
With the company, that needs to rebuild its website and is seeking for a
person who knows every single part of this process and who's able to take
over it.
Or within a programmers team in a development company or a startup.
Things you should know about me:
I live in Russia, but I'd like to move to US, Canada, Australia or New
Zealand. I speak English fluently (listen to my podcast). I would consider
working remotely for a while, if it's necessary.
I started programming because I liked building web applications and
watching how they work. I wouldn't say I'm a total techie and I don't now
how compilers work (yet). I compensate with my frontend skills. I pay
attention to the quality of the code and I don't avoid refactoring. I have
a degree, but in an unrelated field. If credentials matter, then we're
probably not a good match.
I run 3 miles every day and go to the gym, because that makes me smarter.
