HR and Compensation Consulting and Operations experience of 10 years in a

problem solving and strategic environment. Skills include providing

solutions to ERP implementation (PeopleSoft and SAP), Compensation Planning

Compensation Experience supporting End clients @ Hewitt Associates:

Have worked on 7 large scale HR Outsourcing (HRO) implementations out of

which lead 4 large compensation implementations, providing expert solutions

to various client requirements to roll out web solutions. I have provided

Compensation solutions for for their Executive/Management group for their

base compensation, incentive/benefit plan compensation as well as Long Term

Incentive compensation. Also worked on a special compensation based

modeling project for their hourly workforce comprising of simulating

compensation data using various numerical methodologies for Marriott

International Inc, Medco health Solutions Inc, Sony Electronics as a part

of rolling out HR Outsourcing products through my client As a part of

managing the projects I have successfully executed Jobcode consolidations,

Organization structure for rolling out compensation cycles, coming up with

common dates for merit/equity adjustments, short term incentives and long

term incentives, conducting performance reviews, coming up with guide lines

for performance ratings defining salary structures in compliance with FLSA

at jobcode level based on job evaluation data for every merit cycle. Also

designed compensation statements and carried out Compensation surveys. Have

also played a key role in designing a Total Rewards Forecasting tool for

Marriott which comprises of capturing the total cost and gives the

flexibility for manager to forecast future costs that helps in future

budgeting and planning purposes. I have also gained significant experience

in managing Compensation Operations and Service Center activities to

Project Role - Lead HR Functional Analyst

The client is one of the leading healthcare services firm dedicated to

better health and greater access to people and their valued animals.

Pfizer Corporate IT and HR want to manage and support their primary

PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 instance. Pfizer currently has PeopleSoft HCM databases

servicing 110,000 employees across 91 countries in 16 languages

Have been working as a Lead Functional analyst to support their primary

PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 instance. The objective of the project is to develop a

portal based solution to implement PeopleSoft HCM v9.0 Manager Self Service

to enable the managers to directly perform core HR transactions on their

direct reports. In the current state, Managers have to submit a request to

the Global Service Center following which Global Service Center Associate

would perform the HR transaction. Manager Self Service implementation will

enable the manager to directly perform the HR transaction resulting in

reduced operational cost. Project also includes implementing Employee Self

Service modules to enable employees to directly perform updates to their

Personal, Contact and Bank details

Tool is an automated

tool which will help the managers to plan for employees Merit, Bonus and

Long term incentives based

Focus :

. Actively involved in Developing and Implementing Total Rewards

Modeling Tool is developing a web portal which enhances the human capital

Management. This product has the functionality for the Compensation

Managers to create,

Manipulate, cost and effect future total compensation scenarios. This

happens through a plan, set of user inputs about proposed future

compensation changes. The plan is combined with a system of algorithms to

predict the future cost hence coming up a Model. The Model operates on

current actual compensation data, provides feedback on proposed

compensation changes for the overall plan. The interactive process of

working with a model to develop a strategy is known as Modeling.

Focus:

. Analyze Compensation data relating to workers compensation to perform

modeling with PeopleSoft HRMS system, Benefits system, Clients Access

database for Market labor data etc

. Design Interfaces between the clients systems like PeopleSoft HR

system (8.8), Benefits Administration Data from Main frames, and other

employee related data that is being maintained in legacy systems like

access to Vendors Database to feed the application

. Documented in detail process workflows, use cases and functional/

technical specifications following RUP methodology

. Design outbound interfaces back to PeopleSoft to reflect the approved

hourly rate changes post modeling to the affected employees

. To define new roles and set up those roles and populate the roles with

data within PeopleSoft security tables and to feed the application to

build a work flow and to establish security

HRMS for HRe.

Developing a Web Portal which enhances human capital management. This

product has the functionality to perform self-service transactions by

different roles in the organization and enhances the delivered

functionality of People Soft HRMS modules. It allows the HR department to

maintain and produce reports on demand. This is achieved by customizing the

People Soft Product. Users will have the capability to generate reports

through Web Portal by roles so as to build the capability of Self Service

Transactions (Manager Self Service and Employee Self - Service).

This Product is centralized and integrated customer service for employees,

managers and HR representatives of the company. Some of core modules

involving the People Soft customization include Workforce administration,

Benefits Administration, Leave of Absence, Payroll, Time and

Administration, E-Recruit (Recruit Workforce), Succession Planning and

Talent Management. Also have implemented Salary Planning customizing

PeopleSoft delivered Compensation module for Sony and Medco clients.
