Provide IT support in a variety of end-user, network and communication

roles (Analysis, development, installation and administration of computer

systems including microcomputers, minicomputers, LAN/WAN Environment,

printers, modems, personal computers and data communications equipment) for

the Broward County Transit Division (BCT). Maintain and configure VOIP and

GPS devices (Including Raven-X EVDO and ZyWAN) used to dispatch, track and

communicate with the BCT Fleet. The BCT fleet is tracked by GPS software

interfacing with scheduling/dispatch software that drives an onboard voice

annunciation system and provides real-time information to dispatch, the

internet and display signs. These systems are integrated with the

operation, maintenance, fuel and reporting systems. Support for the

Stratagen Adept software used for the Paratransit support services provided

to the disabled, who cannot utilize regular service. All issues are

documented through though a product called Track-It which generates/tracks

helpdesk tickets, inventory control and reports.
