QA Analyst Experience

members on the team.
. Performed defect analysis for all of QA. Generated reports to on
type of defect and area of defect. This data was used to determine
the slip rate and trend analysis.
. Managed monthly regression testing. Duties included assessing risk
areas, working with management to get necessary resources for
testing, assigning the testing, performing a mid project status
report, follow up on any defects that were discovered and see that
they were retested after they were fixed and attending the go/no go
meeting to give approval or disapproval to the release.
. Supported the QA department on install and configuration issues.
Department Management Experience
Managed the Contract Administration group. Was responsible for
making the next year's fiscal budget, hiring and
training of staff, assigning resources to projects, conducting personal
development meetings and team building activities,
performing employee performance reviews, cleaning up numerous data and
revenue issues that were the result of a software
migration, evaluating the effectiveness of the team and making the
departmental budget including capital expenditures. Other
Duties included; performing monthly audits of key accounts to ensure
critical revenue was recognized.
