EXPERIENCE

Director of Project Management, 2006-2010
Provided corporate oversight and management of design and construction
standards, bidding and contracting procedures, and project budgeting for
capital projects at multiple Hilton properties throughout central and
southwest United States. Managed redesign, value engineering efforts, and
permitting for Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC) Tower III, delivering
final permit approval in May 2009. Led design development team for Lake
Las Vegas fractional ownership project, including design development,
construction feasibility studies, and costing. Monitored capital projects
@ two signature hotels managed by Hilton Worldwide while concurrently
monitoring development direction of ownership group and use of $20M of
Hilton investment funds.

share project w/ particular emphasis on budget control due to
exorbitant initial land costs
. Served as owner's representative, working with local Las Vegas general
contractor on 48-story tower (Phase III of IV). Finalized design and

Was sought out and retained to lead a high-profile public works project in
Santa Barbara that was budget challenged and three months behind schedule.
Coordinated daily construction efforts of the contractor team to maintain
an aggressive schedule and bring the project back within budget. Actively
managed third-party inspection and certification teams. Worked closely
with city personnel to manage local merchants' expectations of progress and
the promised opening date.

Built diversified, profitable mini-company within existing furniture
manufacturing operation specifically devoted to designing, building, and
marketing custom-built cabinetry and millwork, custom doors, and pre-
finished base, case, and trim to established contractors and private
homeowners in Jackson, Wyoming, area. Projects included reception area
millwork for Jackson Center of Performing Arts, trim and casework for
Sidewinder's Restaurant at The Hillside, guestroom renovations and custom
trim for the Rusty Parrot Inn, creation of a replica of the famed Silver
Dollar Bar for a guest suite at the Wort Hotel, and delicatessen display
cabinetry in The Mangy Moose at Jackson Mountain.
Concurrently provided construction management services for owner's
secondary company (Sagebrush Development) including planning, estimating,
bidding & contracting, and permitting for several mixed-use projects
pursued by owner.

1997. Worked with acquisition and development team to secure site for new
campus and market existing buildings for sale. Served as corporate site
manager, overseeing construction progress, scheduling, billings, and change
orders for $60,000,000, 45-acre campus development project. Provided
interface between CM and general contractors, corporate real estate in New
Jersey, professional consultants, and local country and metropolitan
district authorities. Managed over 450,000 square feet of tenant space
planning and migration during campus construction through establishing
tenant-group teams, bringing end-users actively into design process,
thereby minimizing alienation.
