o Developed standards and protocol for Lathrop & Gage University; a program
intended to improve the standard skill levels of employees based on
position. At completion each employee will be "LG Certified" in his/her
area of expertise. The program minimum skill sets where developed in
cooperation with department heads and include soft topics like Customer

Recruiting Coordinator (contractor)
Assist IT recruiters in the scheduling, pre-screening and on-boarding of
Perot employees. Worked with Mexico and India offices to schedule video
conference interviews with candidates as well.

Training Manager
Sole developer of the in-house training program for a relatively new, fast
growing firm with close to 250 staff members, 100 of them attorneys. Work
with each new hire during their first week with the firm.
o Wrote courseware, weekly tips and help sheets for all Office 2003
applications, FileSite (Interwoven), LegalKey, CMS, Trial Director,
InterAction, RightFax and other applications.
o Created eLearning modules using Adobe Captivate for all applications
used in-house.
o Created Soft skills training, with topics including Phone Etiquette, Time
Management and Presentation Skills.
o Created the firm-wide Standard Operating Procedures Manual using all
standard courseware and existing policies.
o Responsible for tracking helpdesk tickets in order to plan necessary

o Implemented University Site and materials from Traveling Coaches as the
start of the firm training program. Worked closely with Human Resources
to develop skill requirements for each firm position in order to assess
