. Prepare ROP Title V permits for various industries. During preparation

and after submittal of the application, work with the client company and

the regulators to negotiate acceptable permit conditions

. Work with industrial clients and regulators to obtain air emission

permits within tight time constraints, under 8 weeks. These permits were

not Title V permits and did not require a public comment period.

. Located and calculated offset particulate matter emissions for a large

Detroit industrial client to allow for emission increases in a non

attainment area for particulates.

. Prepare and submit opt out permits for industrial clients. After the

permit is issued, work with the client to ensure the conditions and

requirements of the new permit are understood

. Obtain construction waivers for facilities submitting an air permit-to-

install application package.

. Prepare SWPPP and SPCC plans for industrial clients.

. Audit a facility or section of a facility to ensure compliance with air

permit and hazardous waste requirements. This requires thorough

knowledge of the regulations and the operation of the facility.

. Prepare and submit required annual reports for client facilities in

Michigan and Ohio, including Tier II, MAERS, TRI, Michigan Hazardous

Waste Report, and Ohio Air Emissions and Hazardous Waste Reports

. Design a cascade rinse flow tank system to reduce water usage and

Compiled relevant parts of the regulation for a company Hazardous

Material manual. Provided training for employees per DOT requirements.

. Redesigned the chemical storage area so OSHA and fire codes were being

met, maintained an inventory of chemical stored onsite, ensured MSDS

sheets were obtained for the chemicals, and made sure containers were

labeled and stored correctly.
