relationships management, short term investment strategy, and operating accounts payable.

• Established integrated banking structure to centralize liquidity management for XL’s 12 business

divisions, reducing monthly balances by $100 million, increasing investments generating over

$3.0mil annual interest income.

• Designed and implemented PeopleSoft / MasterCard interface to improve timing and accuracy of

card processing, enhancing efficiency to the treasury process.

• Developed short term (< 90 day) investment strategy using cash flow forecasts and historical

cash utilization models. This strategy provided $1.0 million annual interest return.

• Led treasury acquisition integration of Global Asset Protection Services LLC (GAPS), a property

loss prevention consulting service company acquired by XL Insurance in 2008. Transitioned bank

relationships in US, Germany, Australia, & China; Implemented treasury process and procedures

in US & international divisions in compliance with SOX and company standards.
