• Led treasury acquisition integration of Global Asset Protection Services LLC (GAPS), a property
loss prevention consulting service company acquired by XL Insurance in 2008. Transitioned bank
relationships in US, Germany, Australia, & China; Implemented treasury process and procedures
in US & international divisions in compliance with SOX and company standards.
