- Consolidated two title companies into one
identity.
- Merged 23 offices into a single organization. This touched 200 users in
the areas of network, active directory, phones, software, PC upgrades and
all shared resources.
- Implemented Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 CRM to a two hundred user base. This
included importing a customer database, designing workflow around leads and
turning them into opportunities.
- Implemented AMS360 to 100 remote insurance agents
- Negotiated several vendor contracts. I have saved the business on the
average of at least 10,000 to 20,000 or more per bid.
- Implemented XMedius to a 500 remote and local user base.
- Several of my development projects centered on .Net applications. These

-Provided VMware design and implementation to a large Insurance Company
base in Cincinnati Ohio. The engagement consisted of designing and building
VMware ESX 3.0 servers under best practices for security and service
delivery to guest systems. Virtual Center 2.0 was designed to fit the
client's needs. PlateSpin and Ultimate P2V were used to perform the P2V
process. Project Management was provided and changes were developed or
processes managed as needed. Performed 30 ESX 2.5 to 3.0 migrations and

-Provided Citrix project management design and implementation to a large
healthcare provider based in Dallas Texas. The project consisted of doing a
flat farm cutover from Citrix Metaframe XPeFR3 to Citrix Presentation
Server 4.0 including Secure Gateway 3.0 and Web interface 4.2.

Implementation in the Shands environment. The Active Directory project was
very complex as it affected every department within the Shands HealthCare
environment which includes various locations, 10,000 users, 7,000
workstations and over 300 servers

- As the technical lead, I developed the Active Directory platform
structure consisting of tree, domain, user, server OU and DNS design
- Developed a production test lab in VMware, which allows our team to test
and develop products and code in an environment mirroring production

Novell's Identity Manager 2.1 in which I wrote the XML script s to connect
