VA Hospital -- Multiple Projects - Hines, Il.
VA - Federal Requirements & Guidelines: Project Manager for the

requirements and guidelines. Provided intensive assistance to owner
with respect to budgeting cost control, coordination of work and
contracting. Responsibilities from marketing presentation for the
award of a service contract and for a new 50,000 SF spinal chord
injury center (design-build delivery). Responsibilities included
preparation of contracts, fees, teaming, design, presentations and
approvals from client representatives and construction
administration and commissioning. Service contract projects
included office renovations, exterior building work, evaluation of
existing roof structures, warehouse conversion to office space,
