CAREER SUMMARY & OJECTIVE:
Over 20 years of large-scale construction project management experience
which range from full-service hotels to up-scale senior living
developments. My responsibilities were carried out during a variety of high-
profile projects managing developers, general contractors, project
contracts & budgets, overseeing architectural and interior design
development, site preparation, procurement services, and turnover
activities. I seek a position with a dynamic organization where I can

Director - Design & Construction
o Served as primary design and construction interface between hotel
client/owner/developer, management companies and Wyndham Worldwide
o Day-to-day project management responsibilities included: high-level
supervision of design document reviews, lead project meetings, and
regular follow-up and contact with owner/developer, consultants and
coordination with various professionals (interior designers, procurement
experts, finance sources, legal experts, marketing staff, hotel
operations, brand compliance, and local authorities)
o Project status reporting and budget forecast activities to various
internal groups within Wyndham Worldwide from pre-execution to post-
opening phases
o Overall project management of all Wyndham hotel projects. Duties included
coordinating and refinement of architectural and interior design
documents, constructability reviews and value engineering assistance,
construction quality assurance, organize final walk-thru for project
brand compliance and opening approval
o Documented and negotiated scopes of work and completion schedules for
property improvement plans (PIP) for various hotel property renovations
o Participated in the development of the departmental processes and
procedures that reduced project design approval time and clarified roles
and responsibilities of the project management and design team and
provided action items for individual team members and project owners
o Lead efforts with in-house developers to determine new property
selections and analysis for ultimate repositioning of property
o This position largely involved working with diverse groups of hotel
owners and developers of franchised and managed hotel projects to ensure
each hotel is built consistently according to Wyndham brand standards and
to ensure the hotels open faster and within contractual obligations

o Wyndham Hotel, Oklahoma City, OK - managed the approvals of the schematic
and final design development phases and managed the implementation of the
final design documents to complete this conversion property which
included all public spaces and 246 guest rooms
o Wyndham Hotel, Oak Brook, IL - performed property improvement plan,
negotiated final scope of work, worked with architect to up-grade
property including a new building addition and interior design scheme
for $15 million renovation of 166 guest rooms and public spaces
o Wyndham Hotel - Toronto, ON - negotiated final scope of work and project
schedule, monitored the construction phase for $20 million renovation of
existing 220 guest rooms and public space
o Wyndham Hotel, Indianapolis, IN - performed property improvement plan,
negotiated final scope of work, managed the schematic design phase for
400 guest rooms and public space
o Wyndham Hotel, Southfield, MI - performed property improvement plan,
negotiated final scope of work, managed the schematic design phase,
monitored the construction phase and adjacent site redevelopment
