Rewrote and updated on-line Help for Scribe's core products and
suite of add-ons.
Provide release notes, white papers, customer advisories, and
best practices.
Work with Scribe's training department to ensure that a
consistent and professional message was provided to customers
without any unnecessary duplication of efforts.
Working with Scribe's support department, I helped design and
build Scribe's web-based support forum and knowledge database.
This tool opens Scribe's support knowledge base to customers,
allowing both customers and Scribe support staff to search for,
author, and respond to technical product information.

Wrote, updated and maintained all documentation for the VUTEk
line of superwide digital inkjet printers.

Managed the division's local and remote technical writing staff
(U.S., Israel, France) and grew the US staff through hiring and
training new writers.
Wrote style guides to help developers create a consistent and
