45,000 to 85,000 sq. ft. Served as Owner's Representative delivering cost

models, proformas, land acquisition, due diligence, site feasibility, and

oversight of construction and completion. Supervised 3 Project Managers, 2

Construction Account Managers, and 1 Administrative Assistant.

. Launched success of VillaSport athletic club and spa concept by

directing costs, plans, contracts, schedules, and construction of $26M

86,000 sq. ft. Type I construction on 13 acres of undeveloped land in

Colorado Springs, CO.

. Central plant, Santana Row Development, San Jose, CA. $22M Type I

construction project: 140,700 sq. ft. steel structure, metal pan, and

concrete decks with exterior cold-formed load bearing framing,

plaster, EIFS, and storefront.

CENTURY THEATER, INC. - San Rafael, CA 1999-2002

Sr. Project Manager

Performed construction and design management for multiplex movie theaters

in Nevada, California, and Colorado. Assembled and directed design team to

produce concept and construction documents. Managed construction budgets to

meet contract requirements and controlled FF&E for all projects from

mobilization to closeout. Rigorously oversaw change management affecting

design and costs.
