plaster, EIFS, and storefront.

Performed construction and design management for multiplex movie theaters
in Nevada, California, and Colorado. Assembled and directed design team to
produce concept and construction documents. Managed construction budgets to
meet contract requirements and controlled FF&E for all projects from
