Summary
I have been in the construction industry for 41 years in the
following positions: carpenter apprentice, journeyman carpenter,
foreman, general foreman, superintendent, senior superintendent,
construction manager, regional construction manager, purchasing
manager, purchasing agent, warranty manager, safety director,
workplace compliance manager, senior workplace compliance
manager, and vice president of new products.
Work History
1999-present KBHOME Senior Workplace Compliance Manager
Performing unannounced workplace compliance inspections for OSHA
safety standards and EPA General Permit compliance nationwide.
Regional Construction Manager: supervise the construction of
single family, duplex housing and multi-family housing.
Training and evaluating subordinates. Achieved and maintained
one of the highest CSI's in the Division.
1999. Builder, Oakwood Homes, LLC Superintendent
Supervise the construction of new homes from ground breaking to
buyer possession, focusing on homeowner delight. Also
establishing a minimal number of walk through items per house at
closing.
1996. SR Homes Warranty Department Manager/Safety Director
Establish warranty department and set up procedures. Setting
parameters and implementing safety procedures to comply with
OSHA regulations and requirements as well as monitoring
subcontractors and employees for compliance.
1992. Colonial Homes Purchasing Agent/Vice President of New Products
Establish accounts and contracts with subcontractors and
suppliers for the best possible prices. Coordinated all aspects
of setting up new subdivisions in a tri-state area. After
subcontractors and suppliers were on line and models built,
hired local supervision for remainder of subdivision.

development dealing with all local and federal agencies.
