Re: Employment Opportunities:

Dear Sir:

You will find that I am dependable, reliable, and a mature individual that

you can trust.

I have had previous experience with residential inspections through

Overland/Castel companies of Utah in 2008 as a part time inspector. All

inspection reports and photos where were downloaded to their operating

system through the internet upon the completion of the inspection. Some of

their inspection work orders included inside inspections of the property

also, this involved setting a meeting time with the homeowner and

inspecting electrical, plumbing, water damage, and general condition of the

home. All of Overland/Castel training, (as how to conduct an inspection to

their requirements) was conducted via the internet. I did not list this

employment on my work history because it was limited and on an as needed

basis by Overland/Castel.

I have extensive experience that includes commercial, military, and

residential, construction projects through out the southeastern U. S. I am

seeking a position were I can change form the construction industry to a

supply/sales industry to utilize my vast knowledge from both the field and

the office to boost and maximize sales and maintain good to great customer

relations.

My commercial employment history includes several projects that I have run,

and range in location from Miami Fl., to Lufkin Tex., and on to Newport

Tenn. These projects and others included military medical facilities,

aircraft hangers, commercial multilevel retirement conversions, and

financial banking, and savings and loan projects.

The residential projects that I have contracted and ran include, several

spec homes, master suite additions, master bath additions, kitchen

remodels, door installations, and window change outs. I was also the

warranty manager for a local home builder for over four years, and for ten

years I was the qualifying agent for a local non profit involved in housing

repair.

Having been a contractor under the Department of Professional Regulation

here in Florida, I have sold all of my jobs myself and have been very good

at closing the deal, this has required extensive customer relation's

experience in negotiation, contractor scheduling, estimating, dispute

resolution skills, all the while maintaining a professional appearance,

attitude, and a calm demeanor at all times.

The personal qualities that I bring are of a desire to meet and experience

new ideas, to grow, to be flexible in any situation as it unfolds within

company guide lines, be a team player, to be motivated, and to help others.

I am a very out going person once I have mastered the details of the

position. I am single, able and willing to put in the hours needed to

complete the assigned task on time and able to travel as needed.

My computer training includes all aspects of the Microsoft word and Excl

operating systems and I have had some training on Auto Cad.

I do have the skills, ability, and equipment that is required for this

position. I do look forward to a telephone interview at which time I can

offer more insight to my abilities and myself.

Thank You:

Greg Hawkins
