. Assisted in the development of an audit plan for this newly-created
audit department and in creating all audit documents (audit program,
work-papers, and audit report), file formats, and budgets.
. Conducted gross revenue audits of various airport leases and examined
lessor's books and records, in order to detect variations from
contracted terms. Recalculated percentage rents. Deficiencies, fines
and penalties were prepared and audit settlements were internally
negotiated with reports prepared for management. Recoveries were in
excess of five (5) million dollars.
. Evaluated the effectiveness of business segments. Prepared reports
for management, which included recommendations concerning efficiency
improvements, cost reduction strategies, and business risks. Examples
include: work schedules, buy/lease analysis, and overtime
compensation. Cost savings from recommendations were in excess of two
(2) million dollars.

. Evaluated business acquisitions and conducted due-diligence on
takeover companies. Business acquisitions were in excess of ten
