Since the collapse of the real estate market I have been highly involved

in all aspects of foreclosure litigation.

Real Estate Development:

. Assisted in formation, permitting, surveying and environmental review of

Horizon, a Master Planned Community, with 40,000 planned residential

units.

. Residential covenants and restrictions as well as residential

development standards for master planned community

. Title policies for over 10,000 acres of real property

. Environmental and cultural surveys for over 8,000 acres of real property

. Video, voice, data bulk services contracts for residential developments

Litigation:

. Defended hundreds of foreclosure actions for $300 million real estate

company.

. Southern Ag Credit v. Adkinson - Successful defense of $7MM personal

guaranty suit in U.S. District Court for Southern District of

Mississippi.

. Gulf Coast Utility Contractors v. Hammock Oaks, LLC - Successful defense

of $1MM contract claim.

. Defended homeowner's association in legal proceedings.

. Stone County Utility Authority v. Horizon Utilities, LLC - Successfully

argued utility company's rights, preventing County from disputing the

validity of utility's certificate.

Finance-Related Mergers & Acquisitions Transactions:

. Purchase contracts, participation agreements, deeds of trust, mortgages,

notes, hypothecation agreements and collateral assignments.

Utilities Transactions:
