their TEGG service divisions.

Responsible for recruitment and placement of IT professionals including Software Developers/Analyst,Quality Assurance,

Network/System Administrators, Database Developers/Administrators, Developers/Designers, e-Commerce, Software

Development Managers and VPs. Established strong relationships with a diverse group of clients ranging from startups

• Responsible for sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing and closing the hardtofind candidates.

assistance.

• Composed internal database by compiling resumes and organizing them by skill sets, position, location, visa

status and salary range in order to provide a more efficient and effective record. Created skill matrixes, candidate

survey forms and reference check forms to ensure that only highly qualified candidates were being submitted to

the clients.
