Responsible for the identification, recommendation and pursuit of
settlements with CLECs to achieve a high level impact of expense savings of
$150M in 2003.

the efforts of the Local Factors project to address the zero and/or blank
PLU factors. Achieved results of $268.8M, far exceeding target of $150M by
