Operations /Chief Information Officer
Deployed integrated voice/video/data network to support 37 locations
throughout the US and several locations in the United Emirate using 24
field techs and 10 core staff. Managed the implementation of improved Help
Desk processes and call center software installation. Planned, designed,
and managed all aspects of network upgrade project via ITIL, to install a
Cisco enterprise, layer 2/3 WAN/MAN network. Installed EMC SAN, keeping all
legacy systems functional throughout the migration.
Prepared RFP's for contractors and equipment purchases, saving the company
over $2,000,000. Instituted new security procedures to protect data and
control access, including VPN connectivity. Upgraded the fiber
infrastructure, using fully redundant single-mode fiber rings. Trained

Created Server Group to manage over 150 servers throughout all location and
replace 90% of servers onto Blade Servers and deployment of server
