AutoCAD Technician
Supervision and direction from an engineer or the department manager, accurately create and revise AutoCAD
drawings for survey base maps, civil engineering site and utility plans, highway design, and planning. The source
of these drawings may be created from field survey information. Assist the Survey Department with completion of
records surveys, ALTA surveys, plats, and plot plans. Understanding the procedures and guidelines of submittals
to Agencies. Assist engineers with computations for plan and profile sheets, site and utility grades, and project
quantities. Preparing drawings on schedule and to meet deadlines. Ability to read as built drawings. Design and
draft water, sewer, and SWPPP plans working with existing and new utilities. Researched new proposed sewer
