. The Moorings at Grafton: Completed 22 foundations for multi-unit
condominium project. Design featured 20ft walls to accommodate steep
grade conditions. Project included in excess of 1000 feet stamped,
stepped concrete retaining wall ranging in heights up to 22 feet.

Project includes 600+ lineal feet of 14ft tall foundation wall
including multiple steel embed plates; 500 feet of exterior grade beam
with radial specifications, multiple elevator pits and 1300+ yards of

. Bank of Old Monroe: Multi-million dollar bank building and secure
concrete vault. Completed project ahead of schedule and successfully
completed vault project with no previous experience in vault
assignments. Vault included: Floor, all 4 vertical walls and ceiling
cast-in-place; contained 8 tons of rebar and 50+ yards of concrete.

. Bank of America: Multi-million dollar bank building. General

project two weeks ahead of schedule, allowing General Contractor to
successfully finish building within allotted time-frame.
