Previous Job Responsibilities:
My previous job responsibilities included, but were not limited to,
public bid projects. A $6.1 million remodel project for HCMC where we
completely demolished the interior space of an approximately 60,000 square
foot facility for the purpose of opening a new gastro surgical facility.
The space included over 100 new rooms with 4 new surgical units. The 16
month project was completed on time and within the budget. I have worked in
or on over 40 Metropolitan Area schools. One such project was Lehman Adult
Education Building located near downtown Minneapolis. This was a complete
mechanical upgrade of a 7-story building, along with a complete renovation
of the exterior, and numerous areas of demo and remodel in the interior,
including removing and replacing 4 elevators. My time as a field
superintendent has been spent on jobsites where new churches, gymnasiums,
casinos, banks, and many more numerous additions, remodels, and renovations
have been completed. The budgets have ranged from $100,000-$6,000,000+ with
schedules ranging from 16 months (6million) to 2 months (3.2million). I
have also had experience in dealing with multiple entities on one project.
The LRT Transit Station that is situated across the street from the
Metrodome was a project that had the City of Minneapolis, the MTC, and the
Sports Facilities Commission, all working hand in hand to complete a
project that had time restraints tied to all three entities. The project
was completed ahead of schedule and well under budget. My latest projects
included helping on a $90,000,000 new hotel at a Native American gaming
facility, as well as stadium work, office remodels, an existing hotel
renovation at the Minneapolis Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. A more
