for every module. The whole software is divided into

six modules and out of six modules Baishakhi was

involved in "Application for new Connection", "Admin

Module", "Service Bill Maintain" and "Debtor

Management".

Application

for new Connection: Any application to the Utility

related for LT (Low Tension) and HT (High Tension)

new Connection, load enhancement /reduction, Name

and address changes, Application processing stage,

finaldatabase build for LT and HT consumer etc. will

be taken care by this module. Entire span of the

application processing starting from receiving

application, site inspection, estimation, estimation

payment details and execution details report and

energization will be dealt in this module.

Admin

Module: Maintenance Administration Details, how many

types of users can access total modules, maintain

details of every users and session Id for every

authorize user. Functional access is maintained

through page wise for each module and login user Id

and Password encrypted will be taken care by this

module.

Maintain

Billing: Maintenance tow type of Billing System 1)

Energy Billing and 2) Service Billing. Already I

have done Service Billing part which maintain others

billing details i.e. Site Inspection and estimation

part of a new consumer. And various searches are

maintained for existing consumers.

Debtor

Management: Maintenance of month-wise Customer

Account Database of each consumer under different

heads (Govt. Duty, Sale of Electricity and Delay

Payment Surcharge and disconnection status).

Responsibilities :

. Creation of database tables and then creation of JSP page with

STRUTS and EJB, for implementing different Masters of individual

modules.

. Developing different FORM pages with JSP and STRUTS and then load

into database with EJB implementation.

. Developing JSP pages with STRUTS and EJB for implementing different

search pages for transaction of each module.

. Writing SQL queries, testing and using the same into JSP pages.

. Participating in UAT ( User Acceptance Testing)

Baishakhi was involved in developing search pages, maintaining

session for a user, developing the functionality for

file uploading, developing different jsp pages etc in

this project.

receives data in excel sheets from all blocks of

West Bengal and data is loaded into database tables

and from there Accelear creates various fixed format

and ad hoc reports.

Responsibilities :

. Client interaction for identification of the requirements and

documenting the same.

. Creation of database tables and then creation of jsp pages to load

the excel sheet data provided by client into database tables.

. Creation of jsp pages to process data from database tables and to

create fixed format reports and then export the same in MS Word

format.

. Preparation of SQL scripts to generate ad hoc reports and then

export the same in excels sheets, using TOAD.
