parking and retail. The structure is prefabricated wood wall panels over
concrete with metal and Hardi siding. The interior finishes included

of underground parking in Seattle, concrete structure with a wood framed
roof, and a brick, metal, concrete, and vinyl window envelope. Interiors
included engineered hardwood floors, exposed concrete floors and ceilings,
granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplaces, low voltage
smart boxes, and floating bath vanities.

12,000 sf shell and core two-story retail building on the south end of
Mercer Island, wood framed, gypcrete at the second floor, with Hardi siding
and storefront. The roof is a combination of metal and torch down. The
interior build-out included one set of bathrooms and rubber flooring at the
stairs.

4,000 sf turnkey bank building in Seattle, wood framed with brick exterior,
storefront, metal roof, and metal canopies. Interiors included an attic-
access ladder, bank vault, slate tile, carpet, and custom casework.
Washington Federal Savings, 3rd & Columbia Branch - TI

3,500 sf conversion of a downtown Seattle fast food restaurant into a
branch bank. Demolition was coordinated with limited access on 3rd Ave and
work hour restrictions. Exterior windows were replaced on the historic
fa ade and the entry walk was repaired. Interior finishes were coordinated
to be plumb and level over rough and uneven substrates.
