For the past thirteen years I have been a commercial construction
Superintendent/Project Manager. My responsibilities include supervision of
multiple construction projects simultaneously with responsibilities that
ranged from estimating and budgetary control to coordination of building
professionals and supervision of all required subcontractors/trades. My
projects are on schedule, on or under budget with quality control a major

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
BOOTS CONSTRUCTION, Greenwood Village, Colorado 1996-2009
A Commercial Construction General Contractor specializing in tenant finish
and midrange commercial construction projects.
Senior Project Superintendent (2007-2009)
Managed onsite construction, scheduling, subcontractors, client
coordination, Quality and Cost control and safety and code compliance:
Information Systems Consulting: 40,000 square foot high-end tenant finish
from shell with a $1.4 million budget. Managed a staff of 60 people with
special attention to specifications for clients' unique amenities and
display requirements. Project completed ahead of schedule and on budget
with an excellent client rating.
Skate America: 12,000 square foot storage assembly and office finish from
shell with a $600,000 budget. Managed conversion of Federal Center Records
Building into a facility which housed an internet sales business for the
assembly, storage, shipping and sales of skateboards and skater apparel.
ESRI: Office tenant finish. Remodeled to expand area and create new work
areas while allowing client to stay open and fulfill their mission.
Project Manager (1996-2007)
Managed construction, estimating, bidding, subcontracts, client contracts,
change orders, quality control, cost control, client coordination, permits,
budgets and invoices.
Lincoln National Insurance: 20,000 square foot full floor build out from
white box with a $1.2 million budget. Required restrooms to have full
marble walls, floors and partitions with special wood doors. All office
walls were cherry panel and sidelights were wood mullions mimicked Frank
Lloyd Wright design. Project was completed on schedule and within budget.
Amerivest Properties: Completed multiple small tenant finishes in three
buildings and a 90,000 square foot total area while occupied.
Stifel Nicholas: 20.000 square foot high-end office tenant finish remodel.
PARKER CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, Ken Caryl, Colorado
A Residential custom and tract homebuilder.
Construction Manager
Responsible for all aspects of construction including: budgeting,
subcontractors, billing and construction control.
Built Ken Caryl "Parade of Homes" house. Stonewall castle with an $800,000
budget and two months to complete. Included special curved stairways and a
study had raised paneling and hidden door to access wine cellar through
circular stairway into basement. Natural stone exterior
Constructed Pinehurst "Parade of Homes" house "Rocky II", with specialty
Chinese slate, 900 square foot movie room and open stairway to second floor
open walkway.
Managed construction of multiple custom homes from Conifer and Evergreen to
Bear Creek area, ranging from 5,000-7,000 square feet with amenities such
as enclosed indoor swimming pools and wine cellars.
Managed tract home subdivisions of 10-30 homes including all infrastructure
through owner move in.
