Summary of Qualifications:
I have been active in the construction industry for more than twenty five
years with a variety of experience from hands on electrical work to the
supervisor of multimillion dollar projects. My skills include, but are not
limited to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, fire protection,
communications, utility construction, site preparation, concrete, HVAC and
Supervisor of large building construction.
As a Superintendent for the past 8 years, I've encountered all facets of
construction. I can offer coordinating, monitoring and problem solving
skills. Other familiarity I have in a supervisory role include close
customer interaction, budget targets, acquisition of materials, daily job
logs, safety monitoring, hold safety meetings, guidance, interpret SOW's,
finding and hiring sub-contractors, read and understand blueprints and

Army Material Command.
-Superintendent from ground up to completion of a of 56,000 sq ft 2 story
building for Central Command at Macdill A.F.B.
-Superintendent for another ground up to completion of a 72,000 sq ft 2
story building for Central Command at Macdill A.F.B.
-Superintendent from ground up to completion of a 30,000 sq ft 2 story
building for the Tampa VA Hospital.
-Superintendent from ground up to completion of an 8500 sq ft Bright
Horizons Learning
Center in Wesley Chapal.
-Superintendent of a 65,000 sq ft barracks building located at Fort Sill. I
was part of a team that completed 4 buildings that totaled 260,000 sq ft.

Superintendent
Responsible for all site activities of modular commercial construction
projects including
Site set up, manpower and contractor assessment, performance of contractors
and making sure there specific trade is being completed according to
prints, codes, specs and schedule. I work closely with the project manager
and customer including attending weekly meetings and communicating project
updates. I perform QC functions on our projects, prepare daily reports and
progress reports which help us maintain costs to keep us under budget and
on or ahead of schedule.
2000-2002 Mr. Electric (Dallas, TX) Electrician
Responsible for advertising, estimating and managing residential,
commercial and industrial projects from the bidding process until final
completion and sign off.
I also performed duties of journeyman electrician on some of these
projects.

Responsible for building interiors of new Home Depot retail stores. This
included installing rack systems, Millwork, offices, kitchen and bathroom
displays and all displays. I was in charge of managing personnel, layout,
quality control and receiving and distribution of materials. I also
participated in hands on roll installing kitchen and bathroom displays and
was one of three people chosen to travel from the Midwest to the southeast
installing the carpet machines Home Depot uses for its flooring displays.
