Formed the Energy Marketing, Asset Management and Operations organizations. Created Risk Management
Policy for energy trading and hedging limits along with consistent operations practices & standards across fleet.
Leading the day-to-day commercial activities and operations of the company with an organization of 125 people
and annual budget of $225MM. Created team oriented culture with proven collaborative results in ultra-safe
facilities (no lost-time accidents), better-than-industry average project availability and forced outage rates,

worth $350 million. Total capacity was 650MW of installed turbine generating sites with 3,000 wind turbines.
Reorganized operations saving over $3 million annually. Consolidated business activities and moved
headquarters reducing staffing levels and increasing productivity. Maximized asset dispositions of $100 million.
Vice President, Operations – Enron Transportation Services Company
Directed planning and execution of pipeline system expansions over $890MM. Pioneered pipeline system
optimizations. Oversaw O&M of over 700 engines/turbines/compressors on 25,000 miles of interstate pipelines
delivering 10BCF/day. Instituted many innovations saving millions.
