service Carrier Ethernet platform, CN4200 Layer 2 Ethernet switch, and

for all levels of diagnostic development such as requirements definition,

coding, integration and manufacturing testing.

central switching of critical infrastructure communications. Defined

diagnostics requirements, created a diagnostic executive, evaluated and set

up cross tools and debugging environment tools, built boot ROM.

. Authored a Diagnostics Architectural Specification outlining the role

and deliverables by the diagnostics including Boot ROM, Hardware

Verification Diagnostics, Manufacturing Diagnostics, and System

Test/Calibration.

. Built and debugged Diagnostic Executive on Artesyn cPCI board Katana

with a PPC 750FX. Diagnostic application was a standalone application

built with u-boot tools and launched from U-Boot.

Developed diagnostic software used to verify initialization and

optimization, alarm management, and performance monitoring for OC48/192 and

Digital Mux/Demux modules.

. Wrote and debugged drivers for OC48/OC192 and MUX/DEMUX cards which

included Agere Quad OC48/OC192 SONET Framers and 10 Gig AMCC FEC

devices (Niagra and Rubicon). .
