Microsoft C# and .NET Web technologies, SQL Server

2005 databases, and develop the onboard Falcom III

GPS device application. Also developed

communication algorithms for the GPRS wireless

network to optimize data transmission and false GPS

readings due to reflections from buildings

structures.
