Planned and implemented a system to keep track of raw and finished
products, while creating and in house audit system encompassing the whole
production process from forecasting and ordering of supplies to packaging

Designed a computer network and a "multi purpose" application for

went up by more than 70% and we were able to discover a black market of
imitation type products using our own packaging.

The environment consisted of a windows client running a Java application
and the server running on Unix while using Oracle as a database. On the
testing side windows 95/98 and NT machines were used as clients. The
documentation's requirements were mapped to actual automated test cases
using TestDirector and Doors.
Load and Stress testing was performed using LoadRunner.

Served as a lead consultant, and later on as a QA Project Manager, in the
creation of a suite of test cases to replace test data lost due to fire
at the storage facilities.
Responsibilities included developing new user manuals and testing all
documentation from previous systems, test cases and FDA regulations.
These test cases were written using Test Director and were fully
automated with Mercury's Winrunner.
The application under testing is used to validate laboratory data in the
major pharmaceutical companies and it is due to a heavy audit process for
quality from the clients since it affects its core business according to
FDA's regulations.
Responsibilities included the Hiring, training, mentoring and managing of
consultants and employees assigned to the project.
Designed and implemented the necessary SOP's, according to ISO 9001 for
the TQM department, for automated testing and trained the employees and
consultants on its use.
The AUT is a complex client server application with a windows front end
(Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT) that can work concurrently with
an Open VMS, Unix or Windows NT server.
Testing included a smart suite of regression tests that can work in any
combination of the above environments. This flexibility made the test
suite very portable and easy to deploy.

with WinRunner 4.03; conducted seminars in TSL, Testing Methodology and

of the company, and it displays all inquiries, quotes and processes in
the Insurance Policy. The application is written in Visual Basic 4.0 and
takes advantage of OLE servers.
Worked with Rumba, PVCS and JetForm in a network of Windows NT 4.0 and
Novell Netware 4.x.

developed in Neuron Data's Open Interface Version 3.0.2.p, running in a
client server environment with Sybase running under SCO/UNIX as server

Utilized Mercury's WinRunner 4.01 with the Neuron Data's Open Interface
integration version 2 to test the application. Responsible for the
installation of Mercury's Software and the respective integration
libraries, as well as re-linking and re-compiling the application to use
these libraries and connect to WinRunner. Acted as a liaison between
testing and development groups.
