Test Lead, Retail Photo Solutions (RPS) -contract
. As QA Lead, direct work of test team to identify and analyze
defects found in UI and integration test. Lead regression tests for
each iteration's release. Responsible for test plans, authored the
test suites, managed testing in progress, delivered reporting to
stakeholders and optimized/maintained tests as needed. Lead bi-
weekly triage for defect analysis attended by upper management,

. Test lead for the validation of the automated SQL Server-based
localization tool for Exchange Server. Tasks including determining
the delta of work to be done (entire project minus work done in
parallel by off-shore teams), create scope document with Visio
diagram (updated weekly via stand-ups made up of test and
developers), draft a test suite with manual and automation test
cases defined, hire and task the team, then when fully functional,
hand off to operations.

of the RPS service manager, including an Access front end and
backend design for Field Repair Units (FRU) and Stock Keeping
Units (SKU) database for use in the field; define and publish
complete glossary of terms created for use of the kiosk throughout
its lifecycle, draft field service flow for OEM printer and obtain
consensus from representatives of the OEM, and begin implementation
of the process.
