Boston Medical Center - Newton 8 North ICU/CCU Addition ($14M - 20,000sf)
o Eighth floor addition to the seven-story North Wing of the Newton
Pavilion to house new ICU/CCU suites without excessive disruption to the
adjacent occupied spaces as they remained open for daily use. These state
of the art suites utilize some of the industries latest technology
including new Strobic Isolation Room fans, LIKO patient lifts, and
Modular Services articulating medical gas boom arms equipped with power
and data outlets.
Boston Medical Center - Preston 3rd and 4th Floor Renovation ($4.6M -
9,000sf)
o Upgrade two floors of the Preston Family Building which included areas
such as Vascular Exam Rooms, Patient Holding areas, and Outpatient
facilities.
Boston Medical Center - Isolation Fan Replacement Project ($2.5M)
o Design-build project replacing outdated isolation fans atop the Newton
Pavilion with new redundant fans which include new HEPA filter boxes as
well as incorporating new TSI valves at each of the 26 isolation rooms.
Boston Medical Center - SICU Air Handler Installation ($1.9M - 3,200sf)
o Installation of a 20K Ton AHU on to the 5th floor of an occupied nine-
story building with associated electrical infrastructure upgrades
including new switchboards and distribution panels for existing areas and
future use.
Boston Medical Center - Endovascular Holding Renovation ($1.3M - 2,700sf)
o Phased renovation of an Inpatient Holding area for the adjacent Operating
Suite and Catheterization Lab. This project had to be a level 4 ICRA
making the coordination of the trades extremely important during
preconstruction and even more so throughout its execution.
Beth Israel Deaconess Needham Expansion ($30M - 44,000sf)
o One of three PM's responsible for managing the South Wing Expansion
Project which added a state of the art Emergency Department with 19
treatment bays, separate area within the Emergency Department for
pediatrics, 20 private inpatient rooms, new MRI suite, and two acres of
site upgrades.
. Preconstruction services provided as PM for SCCI include the following
projects: Occupational Health & Urgent Care Renovations ($1.6M), Hybrid
Operating Room ($4.5M), and Ophthalmology Dept. Renovation ($7M).

Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program ($24M - 84,000sf)
o Complex 80,000sf gut and rehab of the historic Mallory Building including
demolition of interior walls, adding structural steel to create new
floors and lend additional support, repointing of the exterior masonry,
replacing all the windows, and numerous historic renovations. The new
facility specifically geared for homeless patients now houses exam rooms,
patient rooms, HIV clinic, dentist office, pharmacy, and a full kitchen.
One of the biggest challenges was the building's location which is in a
dense and heavily traveled area of the city.
. Other notable projects worked on as APM while at SCCI include: Sharon
Hospital, Sharon, CT (33,000sf) - MRI addition, Emergency Department
renovation and addition, and Women's OB Center. Caritas Norwood Hospital
Endoscopy Suite, Norwood, MA (1,600sf) - Endoscopy suite including prep
room, recovery space, and exam rooms. BMC Preston 5th Floor Renovation,
(5,500sf) - Physical Rehab Dept. renovation.

CMST is a unique program focused on developing the three main areas
of construction in young professionals - Project Management, Site
Supervision, and Estimating. The program allows recent college grads to
gain a comprehensive understanding of how to run high profile projects

. Assistant Project Manager - Assisted in the management of multiple
projects simultaneously while managing ongoing changes and maintaining an
accurate record of the jobs for repeat clients such as Montblanc, Shane
Co., Longchamp, and Van Cleef & Arpels on 5th Ave in NYC.
o Key deliverables in addition to world class client service include
submittals, RFI's, procurement logs, cost management logs, Owner and
Subcontractor meeting minutes, Owner and Sub Rider packages, project
schedule review, billings, collections, cost to complete reports, job
close-out, and punchlist management.
. Assistant Field Engineer - Established and maintained control lines,
elevation benchmarks, utilities layout, and column lines & heights for
subcontractors by using the Builder's Level, Transit, and Total Stations.
o Provided layout and final engineering certification for steel bearing
piles at projects such as Boston Children's Museum, MIT, Tufts, Harvard
Medical School, and New England Baptist Hospital.
o Assisted in developing Topographical Site Surveys using Carlson Surveying
and AutoCAD programs on projects such as the Andover Newton Theological

stockpile tickets, and provided daily pier settlement calculations.
