Managed the Business Management System program implementation. BMS is a

performance driven, graphically enhanced Advisory Practice Management

The objective of the CPM program was to develop a firm wide decision

support infrastructure to measure client performance/revenue and improve

CICS/ DB2 based application .

o As a project manager I was accountable for the delivery of the

JA system enhancements and change requests that were developed

at various offshore locations. Established the project team

development and support from offshore locations.

Instruments and the Accounting for SOCGEN. ML is using FTI's system (Real,

GFDM etc) as the books of records for handling the Fixed Income business

operations of SOCGEN. The project aims to develop a system, which interacts

with the Global Financial Data Model GFDM, to retrieve the information of

the transactions as per the user requirements, process the information

based on certain scheduling rules and generate various reports to be sent

to SOCGEN clients.

o Creation of functional specifications /Usecases from the high

level business requirements.

o Creation of the sequence diagrams/collaboration diagrams and

class modeling using UML.

o Analysis, design and development of Reference Data Model (RDM)

for the application.

o As a technical Leader for this project, I led the development
