Worked under contract for Millennium Pipeline in Pearl River, NY; on a
Right of Way Restoration and Completion $30 million project. Primary
responsibilities were to ensure that all project costs were properly
captured, monitored, analyzed, forecasted, and presented to management.
Validated and/or revised forecasts with the aid of Statistical Cost
Estimating methods and document control systems based on actual results
achieved in the field. Produced several reports with actual to budget to
forecast variance analysis on a biweekly basis for management.
EIC Associates Inc. Springfield, NJ
Project Engineer, January 2007 to January 2009.
Worked with a senior Project Manager ensuring project progress was as
scheduled and contract specifications were adhered to. From January 2007 to
March of 2008 worked out of a field office in Norwalk, Ct. in the
construction of a $79 million, 8 mile long underground 115kv electric
transmission line project between Stamford and Norwalk, CT for Connecticut
Light and Power/Northeast Utilities. To include two 60" diameter by 220
feet tunnels under Metro North RR main line tracks and two 36" diameter by
110 feet tunnels under the Norwalk River. From March 2008 to present worked
for the City of Hoboken in the construction of a $20 million, two acre
park. Pier C waterfront park is located on the Hudson River, it is a mix
use facility for all ages, supported by 400 (24") diameter concrete filled
steel pipe piles and a precast concrete system. Both jobs utilized over 100
union trades people and multiple subcontractors, some working day and night
shifts. Responsible for processing $12 million in change orders,
negotiating subcontracts and material purchases, processing RFI's,
submittals of shop drawings and materials/equipment, and generating shop
drawings and as-built for suppliers and site with the aid of Auto-Cad.
SAS Stressteel, Inc. Fairfield, NJ
Project Manager, January 2006 to December 2006
Directly responsible for promoting the use of innovative high strength,
grade 97(KSI) reinforcing steel threaded bars in the construction of shear
walls (#20, #18, #14) and foundations (#14, #11) for high-rise buildings.
Performed take-off analysis from structural drawings and generated bid
proposal packages. On sold projects, created detailing rebar drawings with
the aid of Auto-Cad and Rebar-Cad for shop bending, cutting, and
fabricating. Performed Project Manager Duties and coordinated shipment
schedules between the mill in Annahutte, Germany, and the job sites.

SAS Stressteel of Fairfield, NJ. Performed structural take-off cost
comparison between conventional grade 75(KSI) steel rebar versus SAS grade
97(KSI) Threaded reinforcing steel bars for several projects in Miami and
New York city.
Food Tech Structures of Hanover, MA. Construction manager for renovation of
an 80,000 (SqFt) warehouse. Converted 50% to refrigerated space to include
a 6,750(SqFt) freezer for Restaurant Depot in South Plainfield, NJ.
YAS, Consulting Engineers of New York, NY. Threshold Inspector for walls
and slabs at the Performing Arts Center of Miami.
Millennium Cooling of Deerfield Beach, FL. Provided technical support to
engineering staff and customers in the design, construction, and
installation of refrigerated facilities and processes. Some of the major
projects were forced air-cooling and ripening systems, mobile pre-coolers,
and mobile ripening containers.
W and C Properties of Paterson, NJ. Owners Rep., coordinated interfacing
between owners, architects, designers, contractors and government agencies
in the development of multiple Assisted Living facilities. Generated weekly
planning and status reports on primavera for each unit, responsible for
coordinating and meeting HUD and the financial institution's deadlines for
detail submittals on all projects. Approved and distributed electronically
pertinent drawings, request for information and revisions with the aid of
Auto-Cad.

site excavation, construction of foundations, slabs, and walls to ground
floor for the Westin New York Hotel in Times Square.

Senior Technical Service Manager, 1997-2000
In charge of design, construction/retrofitting, and maintenance of
refrigerated facilities in Europe. Qualified and negotiated bidding
procedures and contractual agreements for equipment acquisition and
installation, construction and maintenance of storage, packaging and
processing fresh fruit facilities. Performed inspections and technical
assessments with the aid of multiple trades experts to quantify cost of
renovating private existing facilities for corporate investment. Conducted
and certified employee training seminars in proper use and maintenance of
systems and equipment at new facilities. Some Major projects completed
include: New construction of Ripening and Distribution Center in Leon,
France and Rome, Italy. New construction of storage, ripening and
