Project Management & Delivery

. Ensure every aspect of project management, including planning and

management of the scope, costs, schedules, human resources, risks,

communications, integration, quality assurance and acquisitions.

. Develop, implement, and maintain the project management plan including

the configuration management, risk management, issue management, and

communication management plans.

Risk & Control

. Assess and manage risk associated with strategic, technical,

financial, political and business factors in the project.

recommendations and escalate to the senior project/ implementation

manager and prepare contingency plans.

Financial Management

. Analyze, review and forecast project revenues (6 to 12 months) with

Sales & Finance teams.

. Maintain financial goals by maintaining and adhering to the assigned

budget. Effectively communicates financial status of tasks and

assignments to client supervisor and account managers.

Business development

. Collaborate in team sales presentations of high level technical

complexities with strong emphasis on helping the sales team to win new

contracts and increasing business with existing accounts.

. Help sales team to prepare project proposals, clarifying project

objectives in situations where the Request for Proposal (RFP) may be

ambiguous.

Team Management

. Coach, mentor, motivated and supervise 5 to 15 project team members

and influenced them to take positive action and accountability for

. Experience in successfully managing global project teams with team

members located in Fiji, India, Papua New Guinea and Sri Lanka. Lead
