. June - Aug: Began working on Window 7 games, Forza 3, and Facebook,
LastFM, Twitter integration onto the Xbox 360 platform
. Sept - Jan: Started work on Crackdown 2, Microsoft Game Studio's
highest profile AAA title being released in the summer of 2010 and
became a Team Lead for Crackdown 2 over seeing and distributing tasks
for 5 test associates
. Mar - June: Promoted to Multiplayer Team Lead of Crackdown 2 and moved
buildings into the MP lab responsible for 15 test associates
Creating bandwidth limiting scenarios and gathering data to increase
playability and performance, cooperation and communication was essential in
order to be productive. Receiving daily tasks from the contacts ensuring
testers were on time, stayed on task and that their quality of work was
sustained at a high level at all times. These tests were crucial to the
success of the title in order for it to stay on schedule, pass
certification and make its release date. Through the collective work of the
Multiplayer Team, Crackdown 2 was able to pass Certification on the first
submission. Other responsibilities comprised of to the minute updates on
work results, creating overtime rosters and daily end of day reports.

. 2007 - Worked on Project Gotham Racing 4, Mass Effect, Viva Pinata:
Party Animals and Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties
. 2008 - Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Gears of War 2, and Fable II
Working in teams of six tested and aided in the development of software
numerous AAA software titles. Responsibilities included writing bugs for
projects having to deal with the severity of the bug, descriptions of the
issue occurring and the steps in order to reproduce the issue in order for
the developer to quickly recognize and correctly address the problem. In
the process became proficient in the use of a variety of test tools
including GTO Fusion, Swarm, Product and Visual studio.

For a summer job to pay college expenses began working as a busser and
server having to deal with cleaning, setting tables, preparing work spaces.
Communication with the chefs, other wait staff and especially customers
was important in order to have lunch and dinner services in order to meet
and exceed the high expectations that each and every customer deserved.
