procedures governing the acquisition and utilization of public utility services by

the federal government. Investigated, prepared and presented testimony before

regulatory bodies as required, assisted in administering and enforcing statutes

such as the Communications Act of 1934. Verified that services billed were

correct and that the charges were derived from applicable FCC/State published

tariffs prior to payment.
