& installation of 365 of 366 network telecom circuits in 8 months.

. As Sr. Project Manager, delivered Cayman Islands project, including mfg.,

shipping, installation & testing on time and under budget.

. Team member responsible for overall editing, and development of specific

sections for corporate RFP responses, critical to key contract awards.

. Team lead responsible for corporate development of project management

philosophy, methodology, management, tools, and project base-lining. Along

with IT, developed and implemented a computer-based project tracking

system; lead team in base-lining all existing corporate projects.
