Performed Pre-Construction meetings to confirm selected options/upgrades,
Elevation, and Colors. Also performed Lot walks with customers to clarify
home placement, Garage location, and utility/sign location.
Performed Pre-Drywall walk thru's with customers to ensure all
options/upgrades were installed. Clarified the location of phones, cable
connections, and lighting.
Scheduled trade partners for all phases of construction on a daily basis
via Internet and Spreadsheet.
Inspected homes on daily basis for quality and completion.
Ensure homes are ready for Customer Presentation on specified date.
Performed Customer Presentation, and Final Walk thru.
Verified all items from Customer Presentation were complete.
Conducted Quality Walks before and after each trade partner.
Reviewed and signed for completion of work performed by each trade partner
based on Scope of Work to ensure payment.
Made sure all homes met Engineer's Specifications and Scheduled all
necessary inspections required by the governing municipality.
( Hired Subcontractors and negotiated prices with Subcontractors based
on scope of work.
( Performed material take-offs for some phases of construction.

Completed Safety Inspections on a daily basis.
